Experience the life-changing benefits of regular mindfulness and self-compassion practice! Each class is 50-60 minutes in duration, includes mindfulness and self-compassion meditations guided by Bonnie, and concludes with a beautiful and relaxing singing bowl sound bath. Membership at the Idaho Yoga Co-op is NOT required in order to participate and there is no need to sign-up in advance. This class is donation-based. Donations support the Idaho Yoga Co-op and this program.
