Aware and Aligned Guided Meditation
Enter your name and email to receive access to one of Bonnie's daily practices: Aware and Aligned. This guided meditation practice aligns the mind and body by bringing curious, compassionate, non-judgmental awareness to the breath, physical sensations, thoughts, and emotions. This simple practice is a powerful tool for creating a sense of calm, gaining perspective, and responding vs. reacting in stressful moments.
A COMMUNITY FOR MIND-BODY WELLNESS
I want you to live your best life.
"Stressed." "Busy." "Overwhelmed." "Burned-out." Do you use any or all of these words to describe your state of being?
I did, too. You aren't alone. Join me on a journey into the present moment, where you can reclaim your ability to create greater peace, contentment, and resilience.
Mindfulness and self-compassion practices are proven to promote well-being Research has shown that mindfulness and self-compassion training can significantly improve job and life satisfaction, relationships, stress resilience, and creativity and focus. I love bringing mindfulness training to individuals, families, helping professionals (teachers, healthcare workers, mental health providers, caregivers), and organizations. My highly experiential presentations, retreats, workshops, and courses are based on the research and core components of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) developed by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.
"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
"LIFE CHANGING! I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL THIS CLASS IS. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE TO HELP ME GO FROM SURVIVING TO THRIVING!"
"BONNIE TEACHES ME TO BE IN THE MOMENT, WHICH, IN TURN, IMPROVES MY ABILITY TO FOCUS AND CREATE A PEACEFUL SENSE OF WELL-BEING. I AM ABLE TO QUIET MY MIND AND HEAL FROM TRAGIC LOSS. BONNIE HAS A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF KNOWLEDGE AND COMPASSION.”
